Shipping and Returns Policy

US Shipping

  • Prompt Shipping: We process and ship your orders promptly. Shipping times may vary based on location and order specifics. This si typically 1-3 days. 
  • Order Tracking: After shipping, you'll receive a tracking number by email to monitor your order's progress and estimated delivery time.
  • Free shipping only only CONUS orders over $100 before tax and shipping not including bicycles.

Worldwide Shipment with Friendly Rates!

We're thrilled to offer worldwide shipping to over 45 countries! We ship directly from our Seattle, WA USA location.

International Shipping:

    • Packages under 4 lbs and under $400 qualify for discounted international shipping - a great way to save!
    • Orders exceeding $400 in value should be placed separately for easier VAT processing.We calculate international shipping costs based on your order's weight.
    • Orders are shipped via economy service unless otherwise requested at checkout. Delivery typically takes around 2 weeks.
    • Faster shipping options are available - simply choose your preferred option during checkout and let us know in the order comments.
    • Depending on your country, you may be responsible for import taxes. You will not be charged US tax on overseas orders.

Shipping Exclusions:

Currently, we are unable to ship chemicals (oils, grease, and degreasers) and complete bikes internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email. Please check your junk mail folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. If you still haven't received it, please double-check your registered email address or contact us directly.

Order Changes & Additions:

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order. We process and ship orders quickly, typically within 1-2 days of receipt. Changes may not be possible after this timeframe.

Returns

  • 30-Day Return Window: All non-sale Items can be returned within 30 days of shipping, provided they are in the same condition as sold.
  • Late Returns: Returns requested after the 30-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
  • Faulty Items: We bear full responsibility for returns due to our error or manufacturing defects. In such cases, no restocking or other fees apply, and we will offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Restocking Fee: If you're returning an item because it's no longer needed or didn't meet your needs but performs as the manufacturer expected, a restocking fee equivalent to the shipping and card processing fees will be applied.
  • Warranty Assistance: We assist with warranty claims for items within their warranty period. Often times, it is best to contact the company directly with any issues.  Contact us for additional support.

Return Responsibility and International Orders

  • Unless otherwise discussed, customer is responsible for all shipping costs and are encouraged to insure your package, and declare value. All items being returned must be in new condition, never assembled, installed, or used, and in the original box with all manufacturer packaging.
  • International Returns: The same rules apply to international orders. Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancelations

Cancelations are permitted before the order is shipped/boxed.  All cancelations will be subject to a fee in-line with the payment processing fee that we are charged for the order. This ranges between 2.4-4%.

All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products or services without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice and you agree that tax may be adjusted from the amount shown on the billing screens. Several factors may cause this, such and variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.
